Have had this device for 6 weeks, remote rarely works, some sources seem to be hit or miss, device is not far from my router, very frustrating

Doesn't work .....

Bought it to use in my RV with RV Park WIFI setups. Won't connect to a non-secure network. Brought it home to use with my wall mounted Sony TV in our bedroom. Won't work. Signal not strong enough to get around the metal wall mounting setup. Ordered an Amazon stick. Works great with absolutely no issues. I do have the ROKU 3 installed on my main TV in the living room and it works fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I absolutely loved it when I first bought it.
Now the remote will not work. I have gone to the troubleshooting sites and nothing I do will get it to work correctly. It is very frustrating!! I would like there to be a phone number to call and speak to a real live human!

Nice for a second tv

We have the roku three in our living room but wanted something for our bedroom. The stick is nice but sometimes the streaming is slow. This may also be related to the distance from our router.
