Great way to watch TV with out having cable!

I bought this about 2 months ago and I'm very happy about the purchase. Having the power to watch what I want when I want is the best way to go. There are some money apps on the Roku stick like: YouTube, Hulu, CBS News, Netflix, Amazon and Vudu. Very happy with my experience and thinking about purchasing another one in the near future.

Disappointed

I bought this a month ago and am disappointed at the number of times it "buffers" during a movie or show. My old wired Roku never needed to do that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

we bought the roku2 and while it worked fine, we had to line up remote with the device to work it. then we got the roku stick, and the romote works from anywhere, and we still love that we dropped cable....kicked it out on its ear! ....and joined this roku world!! excellent customer service as well!!!

It was great until my remote failed

I bought Roku Stick about one month ago and now the remote is not working, i tried changing the batteries and also reseting it but it doesn't have any light

A bit slow

Received the stick for free so I really can't complain... but, the stick is on my daughters tv in the next room. I had roku 2 and now have roku 3 which both are great, so I'm a little spoiled but stick is a bit slower to react to the remote. Plus there is an occasional issue when making a selection with the remote the selector just keeps moving until it stops at the end. I was going to send it back but daughter was happy with it the way it is. Other than that picks up WiFi signal great, has a very good picture.
