Went to Target to buy a product in which I could watch Netflix, Hulu, ESPN etc. on through my T.V Bought the Roku, and thought it was pretty average. Nothing too cool, and sometimes the remote/tv had slow reaction time. Ended up returning it. Maybe try a newer version. Overall, did the job but was super average.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Much faster than my old one. Very little delay in the downlaod. What I don't like is the control unit. It does not always activate the unit. I've changed batteries. Sometimes I will have ti flip th ebateries around before it will activate the unit. I don't like the default to the next program. It starts palying stuff before I can get to "my list" to make a selection.

I like, except my ESPN channels don't stream well they are fuzzy at times, also cuts in & out!

We moved to the country & our internet provider sent us the Roku stick. We love it! Easy to download & watch lots of shows & movies.

My wife and I got so tired of nothing to watch on the cable package we have, all those channels but nothing we liked. Then we found out you could get Netflix and Amazon if you had a smart TV, well my TV wasn't smart, it didn't even finish high school. The tech at Netflix told us about the Roku stick, as soon as I got off the phone I went to Wal-Mart and purchased one and we have watched it everyday since. "LOVE IT, WISH I HAD KNOWN ABOUT IT SOONER" Now we will purchase one for our bedroom.

I was given the Roku Stick, as a gift from my son. The cost of cable is getting out of control, and the Roku Stick put an end to all that. I love it!
