Like Roku stick but remote won't work

We have 3 Roku Sticks and really like them but now the remote for one of the sticks is unable to pair with the related stick. This remote will not work with other Roku sticks and the other remotes will not pair with the stick. I have tried resetting both the remote and the stick and still can't get them to pair. Fortunately I am able to control the stick with my iPhone because it will pair with the stick.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the roku stick just wish it was shorter

I bought two streaming sticks one for my folks and one for me. I love the stick I just wish it was a tad shorter. On my TV I had to fight to get it into the indented area there was for the HDMI plug to go into. On my folks TV it was the same problem with the upstairs TV and we had to get a box for that one and use the stick on the basement TV. I do love that there is no box sitting on my TV stand and I don't have to fight to get the remote pointing to the right place to change shows. If your HDMI plugs are on the side of the TV this is the way to go if there is an indented place for them it may be more difficult but the stick is great! The roku is fairly easy to set up and my 80 yr old mom was able to set it up pretty much on her own (with a few questions via phone to me)

Easy to use, not perfect

I have had a Roku for more than a month. It is very easy to use and navigate. I am disappointed because I cannot get Netflix but I don't think it is the roku. And in the last week the Roku has frozen several times and I had to unplug it and plug back in. I am hoping it is not defective.
I would recommend this to a friend!

faulty remote control longevity

I have had this for some months and have enjoyed it well. However, it seems I have encountered a common problem with the remotes ability to stay in sync with my other wi/fi devices and it has completely stopped working. Frustrating. I have resorted to the Roku app for my phone which now serves as my remote. It should last longer than it has. disappointing.

I am a 77 year old. Bought it, hooked it up myself!!, have been enjoying it in my kitchen, oh yes, did I tell you, I am a women.
