Replacement for old whirlpool microwave

Purchased this to replace the original microwave in my home after 9 years of daily use. It's a terrific replacement and matches my existing whirlpool appliances well. Great value for the price paid as well!

Great sensor, function buttons actually do a good job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first microwave that I've seen where the specific food buttons (warm/melt, reheat, popcorn, etc) actually do a good job! I guess it is probably because the microwave has a sensor for detecting how well the food is heating. The fan is a bit loud, though.

I bought this microwave in October 2014 and I really like it and its features. You can two tier cooking, has vegetable setting, reheat that automatically scans food and adjust time & power setting for reheating food, potato setting so you don't have to guess what power and how long. it has a frozen food setting, melt butter setting, popcorn setting, warm setting etc.. I recommend this microwave oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The door is so well made with the straight latches vs the cooked latch. Door opens and closes so quiet and without much effort. The melt/soften button is very handy. First time owning a sensor cooking and boy was that a great invention, takes the guss work out of heating a plate of food. Very happy with everything about this microwave.

My new microwave

It's the first time I had one over the stove, I always had a counter top model. I love this one, it's awesome, very smart, tell you when your food is done with music, amazing. Very fast, quiet. Love it. Have so much more counter space now. Best thing we ever did!!!
