This microwave is awesome. High tech with all kinds of options but its great you cant go wrong and black ice is so nice looking!

Clean Release is the best thing to come along since sliced bread. The microwave is over the range the Clean Release feature makes cleaning fast and easy just wipe and it's clean. The unit works great and looks fantastic, I would most certainly recommend it to a friend.

Great safety features

The fan on ours kicked on by itself this week. I was cooking a pot of noodles and the heat from the pot kicked on the fan to keep the stove area cooler! Smarter than the cook!

Great microwave but where is the light??

No complaints about the microwave. Easy to clean and works as advertised. The fan is a bit noisy (aren't they all??) but my biggest gripe is the light. It seems dim and isn't located in the middle or front of the underside. Instead it is located at the rear of the unit and does not provide the light necessary for good viewing.Not a deal killer, just an annoyance.

Love the new microwave - some many great features - love the "add 30" button.It senses how much time is needed for certain foods - makes it incredibly easy to use.

I like my new microwave

I needed to replace my 11 year old Whirlpool over the range microwave. I spent a week shopping every dealer, brand and model of microwave in town.When it came right down to it, I went with the Whirlpool . . . again. For availability, local service, installation and appearance it was Whirlpool. This unit contained all the features I wanted plus a couple I didn't know I wanted.
