Love the easy clean interior

This micro does everything well. I even love the melodic timer sound. My parrots have started mimicing it when they hear the microwave. I also love the modern style handle that matches all my new whirlpool kitchen appliances.

Whirlpool has hit the ball out of the park with this microwave! It is not only the most stylish (we have the stainless steel version) but the technology that went into the design is superb.We are very much impressed with the "sensing" feature that keeps a constant monitoring of the microwaved item(s) in order to cook to perfection every time!You owe it to yourself to check out this amazing product.We strongly recommend the purchase of this appliance!

VERY short on power

I've had two of these microwaves, and I'm not sure if it's the Sensor Cook technology, but forget about this thing cooking quickly. I sent the first one back because I thought it abnormal to take 1:30 to heat up 1 piece of pizza or over 6 minutes to boil 1 cup of water. The replacement model does the same thing. So if your microwave vegetable pack says "Cook on high for 6 minutes" you'll be waiting for 9+ minutes and that's not always enough time.So if you don't mind being frustrated waiting and waiting and waiting maybe this is for you. Otherwise, I would definitely not recommend on a performance basis. Everything else including the looks and ease of cleaning is great, but an EZ Bake oven is more powerful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love our new microwave.

Our family loves our new microwave. The defrost feature works great without cooking the meat. The butter soften feature works great without leaving a puddle of melted butter. The inside wipes up very easily and the interior size is huge. It looks great, too.

When you choose potato it cooks it. When you choose fresh, frozen, or can vegetables it cooks it. It does very well with the defrost option.
