Great product, would be even better with a few improvements.

The alarm is too quiet, (a variable alarm volume would be great).If you are using the timer you must press "cook time" before trying to cook while using the timer, (the microwave should always default to cooking rather than timer).Still an excellent product and a beautiful design.

Whirlpool Microwave

we like the Whirlpool Microwave, it is easy to use. What we don't like and we can't find a microwave with this feather today is a temp prob. Our older on (20 years) had this and we would use it all the time to heat water or milk to 175?. Today we can't find any brand with this feather. (Progress I guess)

Really like microwave and the mix of white with aluminum

really like the color of white with aluminum and the ease of clean-up. The depth of the microwave makes it hard to reach and clean in the back of the microwave. I would also like to have a choice of smart buttons for time (e.g. 1 minute, 2 minutes). I would recommend this microwave for anyone looking for a microwave

We loved our old microwave and were concerned of choosing a replacement. Both of us were concerned of having a turntable since our other one had none. We've found it to be excellent in reheating or cooking food. The look of this microwave is very attractive in the kitchen and because of how nice it looks, we've decided all other kitchen appliances will be stainless steel as the microwave is. It looks great and is serviceable!Also, our granddaughters love to watch popcorn pop and the steam coming out of the bag. They are amazed how it shuts off automatically!

Good features/ nice design

We purchased the White Ice color scheme in an effort to help match our current blend of white and stainless small appliances we have on our counter. Overall , it looks very nice. A new microwave was required after the magnetron on our previous Whirlpool microwave failed. It was over 7 years old and used to heat or reheat multiple times per day, so I was not overly upset when it failed, but I was hoping for 10 years out of it. Still, we bought as close to the same model available because we liked the features, especially the sensor cooking. The sensor cook feature does a great job on vegetables, potatoes, popcorn etc. And just this morning I was heating something and it blew up on the interior. The clean up took about 30 seconds with the new clean release interior. Definitely a great feature! I recommend this microwave, especially at this price point.

I awoke in the morning the usual way,Only to find to my dismay,My old microwave had ended it?s days.So off to the store to by another,When there I bumped into my brother.He?s the favorite of my mother.Mom?s correct, I?ll follow her lead.Steve?s wise counsel?s what I heed.So I told him of my need.Steve said, ? Whirlpool is the one to buy.,Other brands, I wouldn?t even try,And the time you waste will make you cry.?So with Whirlpool?s microwave to home I went.Installation was easy, I have a bent,So further cost to me; not a cent.Now I awake in the morning the usual way.I warm my coffee, to start my day.Sun?s just rising, spreading it?s rays.I cook my oatmeal, and load my tray,With warm pastries, a lovely display.Reliable Whirlpool makes my day.
