The control panel is difficult to read.

The product is very good for the exception of one major reason. The control panel is hard to read, especially in the evening. The background could have been LED or white with black letters and numbers. The stainless steel needs a special cleaner in order to look nice. A mild soap and water leaves the surface streaky and dull looking. The inside is very easy to clean. The light could have been a bit brighter underneath the microwave. Other than that, I have had no problem with the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Biggest complaint is the volume on chimes are worthless as you cannot hear them.

This unit works very well....truly senses popcorn, cooks without burning. The auto fan works as advertised, comes on when it sees the stovetop is being used...great feature. Cleaning is easy. Nice unit all in all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a full featured unit. does everything you could expect and ask for. Love the styling as it blends with assorted decors. The white with a dash of stainless steel is perfect.

The sound level is vey loud. I had the contractor back to be sure he set it up properly and he assures me it is correct. I have a tv about 4 ft away and when the microwave is on I have to turn the tv up to hear it.
