This unit is very user friendly. Even my kids know how to use it. Of course their favorite popcorn button. :) I like the reheat button gives you 7 choices.

Enjoy Microwave but have disappointments

I replaced a microwave just like this one after a little over 2 years. The door cracked beyond repair and of course it was out of warranty. I got this one and it has dents on the lining inside the door but it works ok for now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
