I bought this microwave because I Love Whirlpool appliances. I have a side by side refridge 11 years and only 1 service call. So far the microwave is opearating like I thought it wood. It's a Whirlpool its just great quality.

I bought this microwave in June and I couldn't be more pleased. Everything that I have cooked, thawed, steamed or heated up has come out perfect. I bought it on line which was a first for me not checking it out in the store first. It looks great and cooks great.

New Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just installed this microwave a week ago. Of course, I can't tell if it's going to serve us as well for as many years as the original but at first glance here is how it's doing. It was easy for my husband and a friend to install to begin with using the same space where the original had been. I was so happy with the original microwave that I looked for the closest model 15 years later to replace it with. I think the new features are going to be more useful and practical than the older ones. I like the 30 second vs the 1 minute button. There is a soften/melt setting that works great and is going to get a lot of use. I haven't used the others but I am looking forward to trying the steam simmer setting. It's much quieter than the older model as are most appliances these days. I like the sweet chimes that ring instead of the loud beeper when the cycle is done. The door opens and closes easily and quietly with out a loud banging latch. It has neat, clean, sharp lines to it. This is all I can say about it, until I have used it or several months and even years. Time will tell.

happy with my choices

When I bought this item I asked what it would cost to have it installed. it was to much , so I installed it myself, and was pleasently surprised to find that it was not hard at all . This was a replacement so most of the hardware was in place.
I would recommend this to a friend!
