We're sorry to hear if you were not satisfied with our product. The FLIP 2 offers up to 5 hours of playtime when used from a full charge. However,battery life would really depend on how the speaker is used, depending on music content (i.e Rap, R&b, rock, etc...) and volume level would certainly play a major role in the play time of the speaker. If the speaker is at 80-90% volume playing audio with a lot of BASS, battery/play time would be shortened compared to the speaker playing mellow/slow music at 40-50% volume.

Perfect Christmas Gift!!!

I bought this as a Christmas present for my son. I was so excited that the speaker was an NBA edition and I was able to get his favorite team - OKC!! He absolutely loves it. Everything was first rate - from placing my order to receiving the speaker! The price and free two day shipping were a plus!!! Thank you very much for making this christmas a little more special!!!

Best portable speaker!

I bought my JBL speaker and took it on my vacation...used it on the beach everyday. I love playing music everyday all day and what a difference having JBL to enhance the sound and the bass!!! I even use it at home...while Im cleaning, laundry, etc. I really enjoy my JBL. No regrets! I have even recommended to my friends and purchased the NBA edition for my brother's Christmas gift. He loves it!!

The life battery is just for 2 hours

The sounds is great but the life battery is just for 2 hours the box say is up 5 hours but not.
