Too Noisy

For the most part, a good product as is with all HP printers. Hopefully it will last a while. But no one makes things the way they used to, do they? With all new technical stuff, beeps for all and any reasons. A lot more noisier than the older ones when printing too. Unless you change the settings, you'll see a notification on your PC for nothing of importance. Very annoying. Still a good printer with a good color quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Corporate printing at Mom and Pop budget

The Hp Color Laserjet Pro Mfp M476dw is far and away the best printer I've ever had. While my HP injet printer is good, this printer is faster, prints 2 sided copies, and is WiFi capable. Everything I want or need is in one package!
I would recommend this to a friend!

No shipping damage. Out of box perfect; set-up simple; all features work. No delay printing. High quality output in color or B/W. Fast in operation. Machine design and materials are right for small commercial use, way ahead of ink-jet machines and far less cost than high-production commercial units. All-In-One capabilities off-set largish size. Quiet in operation. I bought two of these printers, one for each business. 100% reliable at 4 months of service. Highly recommended if you need no-delay printing, in color and B/W, A-I-O capabilities, with consistent high quality output.

Reliable feeder for scanning

I bought this after seeing a similar model at our bank. I need and use a scanner frequently. I had 2 previous lower-priced ("home office" grade) HP inkjet "all in one" units, and the document feeders were hopeless and required constant hands-on monitoring. The price paid for the more professional model was well worth it. The feeder works flawlessly and quickly without me having to stand beside it.
As a printer or copier, it's as good as any small unit.
The weak point is that the native scanner function is very cumbersome and crashes frequently. I bought third party scanning software on line (VueScan) and that works extremely well. Still, it should have worked right out of the box.

An improved 300 dpi laser printer

We like the print output, the WiFi capability and the other internet features.
Setup was not as easy as it could be, as the printer no longer has any printed documentation that is meaningful. Therefore setup was less than easy.
Once completed and I purchased the driver and other necessary software, we have nothing but positive feedback for anyone interested in this color laser HP printer.
