When using the self-clean feature on most ovens on the market today, removing the racks is necessary. The temperatures that are reached during the self-cleaning cycle are detrimental to the racks. You will find more information on pages 34 and 35 in your Owner’s Manual. We regret that you had to have a service call so soon and unexpectedly. We have confidence that your recent service appointment resolved your temperature concerns.
