This television is perfect, the picture is clear and the colors are true. Plenty of sound for a 60" television, the smart functions operates without fail, truly a excellent selection.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

Unacceptable- Does NOT have Samsung TV SOUNDCONNECT

I have consistantly purchased Samsung products for the last 10 years. My expierence with this latest model may change that. This year I purchased this model and recently I purchased a samsung soundbar and subwoofer. Imagine my surprise when I went to link the two and my "smart TV" was NOT equipped with Samsung TV SoundConnect.
-I always considered Samsung to be a premium product and have been willing to pay a premium price but for a TV of this size, pricepoint and touted as a "smart TV" I feel a bit nickeled and dimed here. The reason I have always purchased this brand of products is that all reasonable features for a product should be included.

The expectation that a Bluetooth connection to a Samsung speaker set for this model is like expecting a continental breakfast to include coffee in the package- basic.

I bought our first 60" Class JU6390 4K UHD Smart TV during 2015 Thanksgiving. Our very first 4K TV. I was very skeptical about buying it initially but it turned out to be very good experience. Picture quality and colors are more than I expected. Smart Hub is the best part of this TV, where you can browse apps like YouTube for videos and music. Clarity of HD quality videos is the best you could get from any HD TV.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers

build it application not work.. sometimes, the remote doesn't function at all

Color is good. Buildin applications like Netflix and Youtube not work. so I have to use a Sony bluray player for that. The worst thing is remote do not function for a day except power button.
There is no button on the TV to operate so the TV become useless.
After change new battery a couple of time, still not work. I have to unplug the TV and plug again to get it fixed. I bought the TV for only 2 months. I will watch to see if I need to have it repaired.
I have other 2 Sharp TVs for almost 10 years. never have problem.

Startup is fast, user friendly. Smart hub is really nice, we like how it allows us to access netflix without turning on our cable access.

Wonderful Television

This television was an awesome value. The picture Quality is outstanding giving a new viewing dimension . Having the built in WiFi with smart hub has reduced the gadgets to stream and connect. There only a couple of set backs that I found...the speakers are not very loud but that is to be expected...all flat screens have quiet speakers....and it needs more ports. I am unable to hook the family Wii to it...it has S-video connection. I need one more HDMI and OPT port...I have tech helping me for options on these issues. Overall, I am pleased with the product and happy with the purchase choice.
