Stainless steel is a great match for my counter. It is easy to clean with the removable tops to the burners and the almost solid state. The four different burner sizes is convenient .

good cooktop. wish it was a bit more spacey. one of the knobs did peal, but it was under warranty and the repair guy fixed it free of charge. we are pleased with this overall.

needs improvement

I ordered this stove sight unseen to replace one that an electrical fire. At first glance it was very nice looking- better than the one it replaced. After having it a few weeks now I have found some issues. The overall finish is very dull and does not shine without streaking even with the polish. The burner tops are attractive but so slippery that even full pans slide with just stirring the contents. I'm afraid one could easily be knocked off if not careful. The stove has the 2 largest burners in the front which do not lower to a simmer, so any slower cooking needs to be on the back where the control is not as accessible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
