Nice Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into our new home a month ago and this cooktop came with our new home! I have never had a gas cooktop before, so this is a learning experience! I have learned the different size burners mean there are different BTU's for different methods of cooking. For example the large burner on the bottom right has the most BTU's and is most helpful for searing meats. The smallest burner in the upper right corner has the smallest BTUs and is perfect for keeping my sauces from scorching. The two burners on the left are the ones you will use the most. I love that clean up is really easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went to culinary school so I am picky about how food is cooked and what it’s cooked on/in. This cooktop provides me with the most perfect even cooking regardless of type of product I put on it. I use Calphalon cookware for reference and it’s a great combination!
