Cooks fast, cleans easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have four boys and therefore eat many meals at home. The range top offers excellent range of temperatures (w/ plenty of BTUs, ample cooking space, and is easy to clean. It is a great choice for our kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very unhappy with the cook top. It was installed on January 17, 2016. The cook top is discolored around two burners and we cannot get them cleaned per the instructions. We contacted customer service and they had us get in touch with Ortegas appliance. They have ordered two cook tops and they have both came in scatched or damaged. Ortegas advised that the tops were just put in a box with no protection around them. Also, the back rim has a number of dents in it. When we talked to customer service the advised if it could not be fixed they would have warranty furnish a black one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was actually a Christmas present to me, we had it installed and we love it, my kids even mentioned how much better they can cook on it looks very stylish as well. ONLY thing I need to call the company and inquire about these little rubber feet under the grates...they fall off all the time I lift it to clean. VERY minimal issue compared to how nice this stove top is :-)

All-Around Great Stove

This stove has so many nice features. The full grill is awesome, making it easy to slide a pot from one burner to another. It also means that big pots are not perched precariously on a single burner. I also love the four different burner sizes, from very small to very big, making it possible to use all sizes of pots and have them heat evenly. And the big burner really puts out heat and will boil a big pot of water quickly. I like the metal knobs, and I also like the easy clean up with the sealed burners. All in all, a great stove.

Needs Better Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this from past 6 months. it is good but needs few improvements in the design. the four burners stay close to each other. they should have a good distance between back burners and front burners. you cannot use all the four at the same time because of the distance between them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received as part of builder installation. Working good and the burner options are good. But the spacing between the burners are not appropriate and unable to use all of them at once as each utensil fits too close. Also it cannot take small base cookware and heat dissipate outside and utensils get burned quickly, making us to cook in very low flame. This seems to be design flaws. Also feel not energy efficient.
