Attractive unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used this as a microwave so far. Its versatility is attractive and gives me the advantages of a double oven to go with the separate Electrolux oven that I have also.
As a microwave, this oven is quite good. The features are consistent with what would be expected and they work as expected. Even at 900 watts, this unit seems to cook very efficiently. There are several things that are missing. There is no provision for 2-stage cooking (2 different power settings). The sub-menus for cooking, softening, etc require looking at a list printed on the inside of the microwave. It is not always easy to light up the cooking options. The end of cycle sound can be irritating. It requires that the user do something or every few seconds it will make a noise. It would be much better if the frequency of the indicator decreased since there are often other things happening that are more pressing. Now I have to stop what I am doing to silence the microwave.
I am looking forward to using more of the features.

Perfect design and works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really easy to operate and has really flexible options to choose from. Easy to clean and the touch controls are really cool. Really fits the kitchen and has sturdy look. The sounds (notifications) are nice and less noisy when operating. Heats quickly and uniformly.

Already needs repair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few months after purchasing, the control panel doesn’t work. Since it’s under warranty, they will be replacing the part as soon as it comes in. A little disappointing since it’s brand new
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
