Love my dishwasher

so...I got new electrolux dishwasher, awesome features! love the 3rd rack and I didn't know that my glasses could be so crystal clear. It's very,very quiet. I did have a problem with an error message after it was installed but Electrolux hooked me up with a serviceman in my area and he fixed the problem. Excellent customer service from Electrolux. I'm a fan!

Great layout; average cleaning

We bought this dishwasher as a part of a kitchen remodeling project. We love the 3 racks with one for utensils. It's super quiet. The cleaning power leaves a little to be desired as some dishes are not totally clean even after the "heavy" cycle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey Cnolan! For the best performance of your Electrolux dishwasher, I would recommend using a rinse aid if you are not using one already. I would also check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Also check the incoming water temperature to be sure it is not less than 120°F (49°C) at the sink closest to the dishwasher. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The dishes always come out sparkling clean.
I had a minor problem with the display and was worried I would have to spend a lot of money on repairs... The customer service was amazing though and fixed the problem quickly, going above and beyond my expectations. Would highly recommend to my friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this installed in our modular prefabricated sustainable home, and it is great. We love how it projects the time remaining, and the message when it’s done. It’s very quiet, which matters for us in because it’s in the great room. Panel front is the best, too. Gorgeously designed (and I am a product designer, so I’m ultra-picky!) and pretty effective at cleaning, though our habit of rinsing the debris off the plates is hard to kick.
I would recommend this to a friend!
