Super Quiet Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This built-in appliance was included in the purchase of our new home and the first time I used it, I was astonished by how quiet it operates. In fact, the first few times I used it, I had to double-check to make sure it was actually running and heating my food or water. It's a great machine and performs well!!

Poor and Dangerous product

Last night, The microwave started itself after the power came back after the power was out for about 5 minutes and it went so hot the the glass rotary plate exploded. I had to turn the breaker off. I tested a couple of times by putting the breaker in, it smelled the rubber burning even if did not turn on.
This is the second one in 4 years. The same one stopped working about 2 years ago. I had to buy the same one since it was for the built in.
I am struggling now to find a new one now.
Poor product.
