Great features but Poor panel labeling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used now for about 3 months. I get up about 3 am and like to warm up things in the dark rather than turning on all the lights. The bottom row of touch controls is printed in very light markings and I cannot usually see them without turning on the lights. Either larger more intense print or backlit would be great. But otherwise I love the features and function.

2nd microwave, let’s see how this one does...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last one we had lasted only 6 months. Hoping that we just got a bad unit. With things that are mass produced, sometimes you just get a lemon. My overall experience with the company has been so so. When our dishwasher had an issue, a tech came out and fixed it pretty quickly. The microwave replacement was big battle. We had to involve our builder to ultimately get it replaced. When the microwave works, it works well. Even cook, good features, and looks pretty slick with the chrome vent option. For the price, it’s a pretty good microwave provided it lasts.

Had to replace band new one in newly built home

Works like a dream- large capacity!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this as part of a new apartment (our previous apartment had a built-in) and we love the fact that this microwave works easily (no complicated instructions and we love the shortcuts!) and has a large capacity inside. We've been able to re-heat full plates of food and cook family-sized foods inside. Heating is very even and the turntable helps ensure food is done properly. Thanks!
