Works great till it breaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This worked incredibly...for 7 months and then one day when cooking dinner the fan stopped working. To top it off, I’ve now been waiting 3+ weeks for replacement parts after having to wait 2 weeks to have the initial “repair” tell me they couldn’t do anything. It’s a great product until it stops working, but for the money spent, the fan should last multiple years before failure.

Suction and exhaust power is awesome

Good but a bit loud!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product came with the house we purchased. It is good but I find it to be very loud even when it is at the lowest setting. The 2 stars off is for the noise. It gets really hard to hear anything else around you when it is on. On the bright side I don’t have to keep it on for very long as the suction is good and pulls away all fumes quickly.

the motor stopped working in my first use

Works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have always wanted a large exhaust fan instead of one over the microwave. It looks great and works really well. I would give it five stars, however, the motor went out after only two weeks. Frigidaire took care of it quickly, though. Service was excellent.
