Awesome looking, but very noisy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been in for several weeks and when the fan is turned on it has a loud rattling sound. I believe I will need to call for service since it’s under warranty. Great looking but way too noisy.

Very poor quality Exhaust Motor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was installed in my brand new DrHorton home, the hood motor stopped working within first week of move-in. The first day we decided to cook in the kitchen the exhaust motor did not work. During our new home walk-thru we had turned it on to test how it was working we found out that the motor makes huge noise (like a commercial level exhaust sound). This is the worst product to have in home.

Looks nice but don't use

This was installed in a new construction home we purchased so we were stuck with it. It is way too noisy, sounding like an airplane landing. We don't use and will be replacing.

Great features but a bit loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The motor died in a week of using it. The technician who came did not even check it and claimed it was the motor. ( so it’s a common occurrence ) and he coughed all over my kitchen ( active Covid time ) and was NOT wearing a mask. Needless to say this made me very unhappy. I had to clean and sterilize my entire kitchen afterwards ! Please tell your techs to be more mindful. Even the one that came to fix the motor a week later did not wear a mask.
But the work was done efficiently. So thank you.

Replaced twice and repaired 10 times

Friday I get my hood replaced for second time. Who designed a thermometer that cant be reset without replacing the unit?
If you cook something hot (for me its searing a steak on this) better do it outside this unit cant handle high heat and if the unit gets hot you have to replace it. This is the equivalent of popping a breaker then needing your entire house rewired.
If you have a choice, do anything but this unit. PS wonder why they will sell extended warranties on everything under the sun EXCEPT for this.

Make noise and motor is not working

My builder installed this range 3 yrs ago. As other users mentioned; it makes lots of noise. Recently, it is not working at all. Poor quality.
