Horrible product and poor quality motor gave up on me DO NOT PURCHASE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] got this with my new home and builder installed about 1.5 years ago. Motor failed recently and when contacted for service they Told me that it is out of warranty and will cost 750 for it . It is obvious by all reviews and issues for other that there is a defect with this product ! DO NOT purchase any of their products if support is important to you!

Motor failed and loud noise

Builder installed this Range hood and the hood motor is making squeaking noise after an year. Not happy with the product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hood Aesthetic is great. When I do turn on the hood it is very powerful on each setting. However, i hear a little rattling inside after I shut down the fan not sure if it is because it is new. Be honest it as been 3 weeks :), i will give it more time.
