Not worth the money

The variable speed feature does not work. The telescoping switch is cheaply made and breaks easily.

Fan blower speed does not adjust

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The slide switch for the blower speed does not function. The blower only runs at full speed. There have been technicians sent out two different times, replacing the switch and main board, but it still does not adjust.

It sucks air very LOUDLY!

The variable speed indicator on the front is not. It is a one speed unit. The indicator is not truthful. Only the loudest speed is available. The up/down button on the top is very hard to push. Usually it takes several tries to get it depressed. It does suck air well, but seems overpriced to be a one speed single feature unit.

Not Variable Speed!

We installed this unit about 2 months ago. When it was installed, I noted that the variable speed control had no apparent effect. A technician from the dealer came in a few days. He called the company tech support (and design support) and they said that "the speed does vary, just not enough that the user can notice." The product is advertised as having an "infinitely variable" speed - it does not! For this reason, I would NEVER recommend this product.
I am satisfied with the air flow (at High), and I have not yet experienced any problems with the telescoping mechanism.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Piece of junk!

Then I had a new one installed under warranty and it worked for about 6 months...Guess what, out of warranty now. I will never recommend this company to anyone! Will not go up or down without help.
