Great design, but requires some noise reduction

WAY TOO LOUD

This hood is SO loud we regret the purchase. It does work in terms of venting odors but it is so incredibly loud you cannot converse or hear anything even on low setting. Almost need ear protection!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stylish and modern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this modern glass and SS hood because of its clean-line aesthetic. We've only been in our house (new construction) for 8 weeks, but it seems to work well. The only negative is that there only 2 lights and not 4. It illuminates the back section of the cooktop but not the front half.
