Excellent Beverage Center

Fits our needs.

Nice looking appliance that fit our needs for a beverage and wine cooler combination. We have owned it for approximately a month with only one issue. Upon arrival there was a rattling noise every time the door was opened or closed. The problem originated from the way a circuit board was mounted at the bottom of the frig. I called the vendor and a service rep was sent out within a week and the issues was fixed with a small amount of silicone. Otherwise, we are completely satisfied.

Have two since 2008

I have two of this model (probably earlier model #) since 2008 in the board room at my business. These get high use with many people in and out each day. There has not been one problem and I will now be putting this one in my home.

Perfect size

I have had it two months. I am going to have installer come back. We love it, but the alarm goes off frequently. I think it is not balanced correctly.

Nice unit but it's loud

I have been using the unit for two weeks and the most notable thing about it is the noise. It is twice as loud as my full sized fridge which resides four feet from it. The cooling fan is loud (Like having a whole house humidifier on the low setting). When it turns itself on or off, there's a distinct "click" sound that I assume comes from the compressor. All of this can be heard from my living room twenty feet away. What's amazing is that the unit is pointed in the opposite direction of the living room and it's surrounded by the cabinetry of my kitchen island! For the price of the unit I was expecting a lot more in terms of quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I do recommend reviewing your installation guide or product specification sheet to ensure your beverage center is installed to the recommend guidelines. Also, please keep in mind hard surfaces, such as vinyl or wood floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make sounds more noticeable.
