I own three of these pans and use them as cookie sheets as well as for roulades/jelly rolls. I appreciate the quality of the pans--they feel similar to the industrial grade we use over at the bakery but smaller and prettier. They are on the heavier side compared to other cookie sheets, but the quality makes it well worth it. Would recommend for serious and hobby bakers alike.

Love this product, use it all the time, great for making pizza and cookies. Nothing ever sticks, clean up a breeze. Would recommend it to anyone.

Worst baking pan I have ever owned

I created an account just to comment on this pan, which I bought at a retailer. This is simply the worst baking pan I have ever owned. The problem? The surface conducts too much heat, leading to premature browning, even burning, on the bottom of the product, especially for items that require a temperature about 350. I am an experienced baker and contentious about baking times and temperatures and when I use this pan, I have to reduce temperatures and watch everything like a hawk.I was compelled to write this because my otherwise beautiful apricot-ginger scones have charred bottom within the first 7 minutes (even at a reduced temperature) and I had to transfer to another pan to finish cooking because they were still doughy in the middle.Saying the surface 'promotes even browning' is a complete falsehood in my experience. Lining with parchment does not help. Save yourself the aggro and do not buy this product
