Screen went out right after warranty!

Will never buy a LG tv again... Lasted just long enough to get out of warranty.

BROKE JUST AFTER WARRANTY

Was a nice quality t.v. especially for the price but broke just 1 month after warranty expired. Will never buy another lg product again.

Hate to hear about your TV. We are showing the unit was manufactured in 2015 and it shows to have physical damage, cracked screen, on 4 different parts of the TV. Screen has double or won’t turn on

60hz or 120 hz

I sent an email to lg and was assured the actual refresh rate is 120hz.

60Hz actual refresh rate

I bought this TV 24 hours ago and the 60Hz refresh rate is too slow for sports viewing and On Demand movies and streaming. You'll notice jumps is objects/persons on screen, which is like a flicker when there's a loss of power.
Sound is lacking, I've read about TVs having built in surround sound and bass, this TV is very quiet, I've put it on full volume for ON Demand and streaming shows. Live TV is fine. There is NO bass or surround sound features.
Because LG lists his TV as 120Hz but states its Tru Motion 120 not acual 120Hz, even thought it has Hz after the 120 is deceptive. I will be returning this TV unfortunately. It is a nice looking TV but the jumping in viewing, the lack-lustre sound quality are deal breakers.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Picture But Text on Screen Jumps

Netflix/Hulu

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is going good except streaming netflix it never works always have to reprogram my tv to get netflix to stream a real inconvenience. I know it's the tv because it works on all other tvs in the home. Also Hulu lags alot on it it's the same issue plays on all tv's and other electronics but my lg 4k smart tv
