I love this tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned this tv for a few months now and I wouldn't trade it for anything else in its class. I had a Samsung alot like this one but there was some grainy spots in the picture enough that would annoy you while trying to watch it. With this tv every thing I own that hooks up to my Wi-Fi can interact with it. With the LG app you can use your smart phone as a remote with the pointer (kinda works like a Wii remote). Pictures are beautiful and clean. Combined with the LG blueray sound system it sounds awesome too. The only thing I could say that i regret, is that I should have bought the next size up. Lol
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this TV even though it does not have HDR, it does however have the deeper darker color settings. TV is overall a great TV sounds amazing to me but was upset when I found out it did not have HDR, almost all the TVs that I was looking at for 4K said that they came with standard HDR built-in. Up until just recently I thought my TV did have HDR and was at least a little bit disappointed to find out it does not, the picture though is amazingly clear and I still really do love this TV just wish all 4K TVs did have the HDR service!!!

Tried everything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found one reviewer that described this TV's picture as "Washed Out." That is the best way to describe it. Out of the box it was dark or faded. Tried Vivid mode but it was too bright. Set it to factory default used a half dozen setting recommendation by other owners and it was absolutely awful I have two other TV' that out this TV to shame. I sold this TV for a loss and the replacement (non LG) was absolutely perfect out of the box. What a relief to get rid of this TV

Hello and thank you for the feedback. To help with that, go to Home > Settings > All Settings > Picture. In this menu you can adjust Energy Saving, Eye Comfort Mode and Motion Eye Care which can all have an effect on the brightness. ^AC

bought this tv 2 yrs ago and mother board went which I guess is very popular. Now I got nothing but snow. No parts available to fix and when they are it's just as expensive as a new tv.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Video Board dead, just over warranty

One week after the one year warranty expired, the video board died. Even worse, this model has been discontinued. Absolutely frustrating. Not sure I will ever buy another LG product. Wondering how LG can help. Maybe they will see this. Until then, I’m not talking highly of LG products.

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for YEARS now. In fact I bought two. One for guests in the loft and another for my bedroom. Both t.v.'s have been great. Apps load fast, picture is great. The price was pretty low, I didn't know what to expect, but this t.v. has exceeded all my expectations!

Hands down the best, most durable 4K TV so far.

Almost 10 years now, and still running flawlessly. This TV served as the home's main TV for the first few years, then went to my office where it got an extra helping of usage. Having a 4K TV with composite/component connections comes in extremely handy if you're playing old game consoles.
I see the TV going another 10 years easily. LG quality was (and hopefully still is) no joke.
