I purchased this remote as a replacement about a month ago. The original remotes buttons became unresponsive unless buttons were pressed very hard. The new remote works very well and has no issues thus far. Hopefully it lasts longer than the last one, only time will tell.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally bought this tv and it the best buy i have done. The black are great but most people don't notice the reds. With most tv reds are orange/red, but LG OLED reds are perfectly red.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned this tv for a few months now and I wouldn't trade it for anything else in its class. I had a Samsung alot like this one but there was some grainy spots in the picture enough that would annoy you while trying to watch it. With this tv every thing I own that hooks up to my Wi-Fi can interact with it. With the LG app you can use your smart phone as a remote with the pointer (kinda works like a Wii remote). Pictures are beautiful and clean. Combined with the LG blueray sound system it sounds awesome too. The only thing I could say that i regret, is that I should have bought the next size up. Lol
Just bought this TV a couple days ago. I think I have to return it. I have tried just about every setting and I can't turn off the "soap opera effect". Turned off "true motion" and turned on movie mode. No matter what I do, everything on TV and Netflix looks horribly fake. I can't stand it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great TV but, no Sling TV very annoying. Other than that it's very good just a poor choice of apps. They need to realize where the market is going and capitalize. Cable is dying because of apps like Sling, Netflix etc. They should follow through with this if they want to stay on top of the industry.
