[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok... So people are leaving current reviews (2020) and are asking why is doesn't have Disney+ available for download or why Hulu doesn't work no more because there is no update available... This tv is not a new model. I have had my 55UF6450 for 4 years and love it! My tv was made March 2016 and I have not lost color quality or sound quality. This tv does not have a 120Hz refresh rate, it has 60Hz. Its perfect for a family room tv (since almost everything none gaming uses nothing over 60Hz) and I highly recommend this tv.
Whether I’m streaming Netflix or Hulu or allowing my kids to play Xbox I can’t seem to find the correct settings to not have lagging gameplay. Only way I could even get the image slightly smooth is if I play on pc mode.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV turns on, but nothing can be displayed. None of the buttons other than the on off on the remote seem to work. I tried new batteries with no effect. Since there are no buttons other than on off on the TV itself, I have no way of testing the TV to determine whether or not the remote is good. What would you recommend?
Pros: Features/Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
