No good

Bought this DVD player yesterday. 90% of the disc's I've tried won't play, says err disc. When does play, it has a incredibly loud whirring noise. My husband asked if water was running somewhere. Maybe I just got a lemon but would not buy again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
