This TV is My first experience with Samsung and I'm very impressed. The picture quality is ridiculously detailed with colors bursting from the screen. Being able to enjoy high quality streaming services has given Us many more viewing options. I'm very glad to have sacrificed to afford the best model possible. I am still being amazed with the 4K picture and am watching all My old Blu-ray's. Everything looks awesome on this TV. I couldn't be more satisfied.

The quality of the picture is outstanding. We are still learning all of its features and trying out the apps which come with the TV. We're looking forward to seeing its UHD and 4k capabilities, not to mention its 3D feature.

I have several Samsung HDTV's and they are absolutely great. I purchased the UHDTV and replaced my 50" Plasma Samsung in my home theatre with it.
I was impressed with the quality of the picture of the UHDTV (8550 series) when I saw it in the store, however, the picture quality is even better once it was set up in my home.
The picture quality is the best I have ever seen and surpasses any competitor.

Love This UHD 4K TV!

I have virtually no complaints about this TV. Cable, Bluray, XBOX One - all look great... And I'd even go so far to say that Netflix & Hulu look better being used directly from the TV's app than over client device apps (probably because it's 1 less upscale/transcode).
I did hear in a YouTube review video that video lag could be detected in high-speed games (and I do watch for it) - but thus far I don't see it.
The sound - depending on the source material can also be a little weird. My kids tend to notice it before I do... but some sources the sound will be lower and almost inside the TV instead of projecting out to the viewers.
All said and done - I love the TV. I'd definitely recommend it to someone else... And it supports One Connect box which effectively let's you upgrade the TV's brains to a secondary device.

This is our first 'smart tv' so still have not explored all the available features. The 3D option is very nice and the picture quality is great.

Fantastic product .Learning something new about it every day.
Having a problem with Netflix and Amazon crashing but my provider is going to update my router.
That should solve that problem. Otherwise all else is oak.
