We received this microwave/oven combo through the warranty company to replace one about 12 years old. The microwave is much smaller and seems to be less powerful so things take a bit longer to heat. I also hate the dials rather than a numerical keyboard for entering the time. The defrost cycle is horrid and takes forever to defrost anything. We have stopped trying to defrost things and just cook them on a low power to defrost. I love the oven racks and the ability to pull the rack out when I'm checking on things. Unfortunately, everything seems to take a lot longer to cook in this oven. I do love the warming setting though.

Double oven is a must. The appliance gives me the flexibility to roast/bake and microwave at the same time. I have my fingers cross that the reliability holds up. The three year warranty was a selling point.
