I love this microwave/oven combo. Even though it is only a 27" you don't know it when your cooking your meals. It is so spacious inside and quiet, it hums instead of roars! If you are not good with Technology this might not be the easiest oven for you to learn how to control. The installer was even impressed. He never saw anything like it. Nor had I when I went on the hunt for my appliance suite replacement. But I love it! So glad I decided to go with Jenn-Air. Oh and it's pretty too, like gorgeous!!

I like that it functions as a double oven plus a microwave oven. I wish it had Wi-Fi and that fingerprints would not show as much. The microwave door doesn't remain flat when open.

Have had to power off/on several times just like a cold start for PC. Not as reliable as the Jenn-Aire model it replaced. Better appearance than prior model but cooking should not have to rely on the complicated electronic foundation of this appliance.
Pros: Looks good, Microwave/convection combo adds versatility
Cons: Microwave door access awkward, Linear time select, no keypad, Unreliable electronics, Just another PC to reboot

This was a great purchase for my remodeled kitchen. It's not only attractive but easy to use and very efficient. I cook every day and use both the microwave and oven to prepare meals. I've only had this for about a month so I have't needed to clean it and can't comment on how it cleans. So far, this is my favorite new appliance.

Jenn-Air was rated high by an independent website for quality. I needed a replacement for a older Double Oven that had a Microwave as a component of the upper oven. The Jenn-Air unit has features that allow for use of the upper oven as a second oven, on those occasions that I need a second oven, that can handle larger cooking platters as the turntable can be disabled.
Pros: Good value vs. Jenn-Air separate units, Convenient, Quality Construction, Attractive Design
Cons: upper oven has marginal interior height
