Purchased this 27" double wall oven a month ago. Beautiful, clean look for our kitchen. Easy to operate and graphics on front are a nice feature. Inside is spacious. It preheats quickly and has precise temperature. Looking forward to holiday cooking and baking! My only complaint is that the stainless panels on the oven were damaged and are being replaced. It doesnt interfere with cooking-just the look. I would hope that as a higher-end appliance, more scrutiny would be given to product before it leaves the factory.

i bought these ovens because my thermador could not be repaired, so they both had to go. the jenn air was the right size, a good look, and IN STOCK!!!!! i still need to temperatures to be readjusted, i do not think 30 degrees is an acceptibe heat loss
