The design is very nice. I love the Culinary Center menu with instructions for cooking. The product feels solid and well made. The only complaint is the glide rack - it's very difficult to insert, and doesn't seem to fit in snugly.

Oven does a fantastic job with cookies, cakes and bread with food cooking evenly. The controls are intuitive and easy to activate. Three separate racks are convenient and the integrated pull handle on each rack is a big plus even with big oven mits! While I detest Stainless Steel appliances because there are so difficult to keep clean, the material on this oven cleans much easier than the Stainless Steel finish on our Jenn-Air Dishwasher and Refrigerator.

Cons: Heats slowly

I bought this and a stove top and received a free dishwasher about 5 months ago. I'm so happy with each product! This oven bakes evenly and the temperature is so exact. I have more to learn about convection cooking but so far I've done ok. I'm looking forward to holiday cookies and breads with the new oven.
