great stove

i love my stove. i'm so happy to be back to gas cooking....the stainless top makes it easy to clean. the only thing missing was a book about the stove. maybe someone could send this to me.

Burners are not efficiently designed.

The burners are located well below the heating surface (bottom of cooking pans) and they do not quickly or efficiently heat up the pan.
In order to speed up the heating process, I find myself, boiling water in an electric kettle and adding to the pot to speed up the process. My electric kettle boils water ten times faster then on the stove.

well built. Smooth &Solid burner knob operation .Oven works very well, especially the convection feature. 18K BTU burner is excellent for stir fry , searing in cast iron pans. Simmer burner works better than expected. FYI Stainless Steel can be tricky

Con: Stove top grates are too big to handle plus they don't fit into sink so it is heavy and difficult to clean.

Gas Valve problem

Closed 3/31 and on 4/28 came home to gas in the house. Called the gas company and they red tagged the stove and now I have to figure out how to get it fixed?????

Best Stove I ever bought!!

I love to cook and bake and I needed a stove that can handle the way I cook. It lived up to my expectations and beyond. Easy to use and bakes everything so evenly. Not an easy task for an oven. A must buy for sure.
