Great phone

I have owned iPhones for six years but this Galaxy is more phone for the money by far. I like the larger screen and sharper resolution which makes Web and watching videos more fun.
My only knock is that it is a little less user friendly and has taken more time to figure out where everything is. I don't get why voicemail not part of phone dailing icon, why a separate app?. It's also a bit redundant having Samsung, AT&T and Google Apps that do essentially the same thing
But overall a superior phone
My beef with all smartphones is no way to replace battery so pretty much forced to replace after 3 years as battery becomes useless. But maybe not a totally bad thing as u then get the newer features

good phone only real issue with it is battery life and no expandable sd slot

Amazing phone!!!

There really is only one thing I would change about the device and that is how it doesn't offer SD card expansion. I have always been a die hard Samsung fan. One day I hope to work for this amazing company. I have 4 Samsung smartphones. I have a Samsung washer and dryer. Also my husband has one of the older tab models. Wonderful product and amazing company.

Glad I made the upgrade

I went to Europe a month ago and had not updated my phone. What a mistake. My new phone takes great pictures and offers more shooting modes than my old phone. My new phone charges quickly and the battery lasts longer than the old one. I really enjoy the built in tv remote app. The new phone connects to the internet quickly. My old phone would not switch me automatically from data to wifi while at home, the new one does it for me. I no longer have to remember to turn off wifi and turn on mobile data when I leave the house. The sound quality for calls, music and videos is great. I am satisfied with my purchase.

I was initially disappointed about the lack of expandable memory, removable battery, and waterproofing. Though it would be nice to have those features back, this phone is beautiful and a real powerhouse. I have been checking out vr gear with it and the experience is unbelievable! Love the new fingerprint reader as well.
