Did not meet expectations

Scratches easily. Recently noticed that my screen has series of small scratches on it from this case. A premium phone with a case designed by the manufacture should last more then a couple months and definitely should not cause damage to the phone it was designed to protect.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, scratches phone screen
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dissapointing compared to old Samsung flip cover

I had read that this new cover could potentially lead to scratches on the screen, as such I also purchased a screen protector. So glad I did, because my screen protector is toast after using this product for only two weeks. Small particles get stuck on the inside of the cover and grind into the screen. This didn't happen with their previous felt-lined covers, which I've used and enjoyed on two other Samsung devices. It's my understanding that Samsung is aware of this issue and has chosen not to address it. I will not be purchasing another case from Samsung again. In short: it looks really good, provides novelty level functionality, minimal protection, and will likely damage your device if your not extremely careful. I rarely leave reviews, but if I can help to save someone's shiny new phone then I suppose my two minutes was well spent. Look elsewhere, you were warned.

Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Too expensive. I've only had it 3 days and its smudged and scratched. I'm not a kid, and I'm really really careful with my things. Returning it.

Price is high, but it's expected when purchasing any manufacturer specific accessory. The case gets a rating based on aesthetic and functionality. I dislike writing life testimonials so here is the good, the bad, and the bottom line.
CONS:
Unable to easily take pictures single handed due to design.
Easily scratched and has a high visibility of fingerprints and smudges

I bought this case for the PROS and not the CONS, so I am overall satisfied with my purchase. This case enhances my experience with the device and also maintains a very sleek and streamlined look. Although I do not wish for my phone to cut through high wind or water. At least in that brief moment it will look good doing so. *The last part is sarcasm for those without a sense of humor*

I absolutely love this phone and it's excellent camera and features that enhance the battery life as well. I'm so much happier with this phone the life of the battery and the capability to have wireless charging is so much more convenient! As a customer for 25 years and I also own over ten multi purpose devices I'm highly impressed and I will definitely be recommending this specific device to all my family and friends! Thank you Samsung

I have been using phones for 20 years and this Note 5 is the best phone that i have ever used.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable
Cons: it is a bit pricy

Slippery and flawed!

I do enjoy the idea of not having to open the cover to answer (results vary), but this thing is slick and I have dropped it 5 times in two days! The flip cover is neat, but not as good of a design as say a Tech 21 that gets out of the way and also makes a kickstand. the cover should at least stay opened and not try to flip back (magnet design maybe?). Not a fan and will go back and get a different case soon!

Great features but scratches and smudges to easily

I love the features of this cover but am disappointed with how easily it scratches. It is also impossible to keep looking attractive because it smudges very easily. I have had this since getting the Note 5, almost 2 months, and it already looks very beat up. It always looks dirty too, due to all the smudging. In hindsight I wish I had chosen the polyurethane leather S View Flip Case.
