Solid, reliable KVM for server rack

I have been using this rack mounted KVM for sometime now. The large screen and easy to use keyboard makes it a nice addition to our closet. We haven't had any problems with it sense it was installed. My only "complaint" is that the indicator on the screen to show you which computer you are on would be better if it would be easy to either turn off, have it show when you switch but disappear after a couple seconds or be able to position it in a different location. That is the one and only thing that keeps be from giving this a strong 5 star. Everything else is perfect.

I've had other rackmounted KVM monitor devices from other vendors that I've paid much more for, that didn't work as well as this one. Simple to set-up, just connect the right wires to the devices you want to connect and boom, you're done. I've had absolutely no problems with this device. I would absolutely recommend this device to my colleagues.

Very intuitive to set up and use. Couple of minor issues. Screen was a little too bright. Caused a bit of resolution loss. Had to run CD/Owners Manual to figure out how to change the title per port. Otherwise it's highly recommended.

Great Product for the most part

I have found that this KVM switch works quite well, the only thing that is a bit annoying is that the USB mouse I have connected sometimes just stops working, but then I just unplug the mouse and plug it back in and it is working fine. This does not happen all the time just every now and then. The only other issue I have is that some times the auto adjust does not cooperate very well and some of my screens are to high to low or off to the right. Usually I just unplug power from the unit for a moment and plug back in and I am good to go.
