The features are excellent but the best surprise is I get much better cell reception than my previouse cell phone.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, excellent phone reception

constant problems

My first 3 weeks with this phone was wonderful. Then problems started. It would freeze up, turn off and do nothing I needed it to do. A system update was available. Installed it. Now it only turns off and restarts on its own at least 4 times a week. It is still freezing up where I have to force a system shutdown, but not as often. This phone would be a wonderful thing if they could just get the bugs worked out.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: constantly restarting on its own
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the easy features. Easy to switch between apps I'm using. I love the widgets that I can use.

I don't like the fact that it has no micro SD card and I cannot replace the battery. If I had known that at the time of ordering I would have went with a different phone. Overall it's been a good phone my battery doesn't last half a day but I believe that's due to running apps that I don't even know how to shut down it is a good phone though Thanks

I am able to use this product without too many explanations.. I can find out about the apps easily and I can install any apps easy and quickly. Apps are easy to identify.
