Fragile screen that cracks from overheat due to regular charging

My screen cracked just from charging. I am attaching a picture for everyone to see where it started and where it spread, did NOT drop, Case on since day 1.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, fragile thermophobic screen

Battery Drains Fast

I was disappointed to find out that the battery on my new S6 Edge does not last very long; in fact, it lasts about the same amount of time my S4 did at the end of my two year contract.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor battery life

Had phone 3 days flew on a trip while on plane shut off device when I landed device would see sim card took it to service provider try new sim and no luck, they said I had to return it at place of purchase due so now I will be 2 weeks without phone seriously not impressed.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

The Edge feature has issues

Both my husband and I purchased The Samsung S6 Edge at the same time. A couple of weeks later the Edge feature stopped working and only "fix" was to restart the phone but that only worked for a day. My husband started having the same issue with his phone. The first fix was some type of software upgrade they hoped would work but they weren't sure and said to bring it back if it didn't fix it. A few days later the issue returned so back to the store and the "fix" this time was discovered by switching the location of the Edge from right side of phone to left side. That has worked so far but if the issue occurs again we are just going to return our phones since the issue is with the very name of the phone and main highlight/feature. Why pay extra money for a feature that already has issues!
Cons: Did not meet expectations, edge feature doesn't always work

Worst Desighned Phone Ever!!

If i could give this phone no stars i would. I was extremely excited to get this phone I thought it looked amazing and had awesome features. After opening the box I found the head phones didn't work, I thought to myself "eh it doesn't really matter". not even a week goes by and the Special high tech "edge" parts of my screen breaks. Two giant spider webs coming out from the sides of my phone. when I purchased this phone I immediately got the otter box for it because I have been known to drop my phone from time to time but the thing is I NEVER dropped this phone... let me repeat that NEVER DROPED IT!!! the edges of my phone shattered from just having it in my front pocket for a couple of hours. I did not once even hit anything against my pocket. How could Samsung release a phone that cant even stand up to the average joes day. did they expect us to dedicate one hand to our phone at all times and never put it in out pocket? I am very disappointed! ide rather go to an iPhone and have it bend in half in my pocket.

I've only had this phone for 5 months and its given me nothing but trouble, every problem i have with either how it runs or fast charging just keeps popping up and just awful service, I'm switching back to an iPhone, sorry samsung, maybe next time you guys will deliver like i hoped you would.

Very frustrating phone

Very glitchy. I've only had the phone for a little over a month and have already had two system updates which I believe have led to the glitches. Extremely frustrating.
Wanted this phone for months and now after having it and been able to use it I am not happy with it at all. A lot of lost calls and the edge screen makes it hard to text when u only have 1 free hand.
