It enables your MONO source in headset

I use this to adapt my MONO audio source (my transcription machine) so that it plays in a standard stereo headset in BOTH ears. I KNEW that this is what I wanted and I'm glad they sell it here! Obviously, there are lots of other uses...

The product never should have been sold, it clearly was not tested. Notice the single plastic band in the picture? Most headphone jacks have 3. The product would not even stay in the device I was looking to extend. Disappointing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
