Glass door has shattered twice before being used

Outer glass on door shattered before it was even off the delivery truck and when the second one was delivered the same glass shattered on installation - our previous stove lasted 16 years and frankly, didn't need to be replaced - we thought this would be an upgrade. But does this say something about the durability of the glass in the door - a stove door has to be able to do much better than this - also the warming drawer does not line up properly with the rest of the stove - looks like shoddy workmanship - we thought the stove would give us the utility and look that we wanted - but we haven't even used the stove and we think we have made a terrible mistake
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks great but underwhelming performance

I bought this appliance 3-4 months ago and immediately had an issue with the warming drawer. While waiting on a repair or replacemdnt, I utilized the burners bug found they couldn't be adjusted low enough to simmer or saute as desired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
