Looks nice, cooks terribly

The only good things I can say about this range are that it looks nice and fits in the limited space. The oven temp is irregular. Things that should be done in an hour are practically raw. The stove burners-- the worst ever: hard to turn on, impossible to regulate. Foods are burned. Flames too high. Bought cast-iron "flame tamers"

Oven can't hold temperature. Grates tarnished.

We purchased this Electrolux gas range to replace our 10 year old Fridgidaire range, thinking this would be a nice upgrade. This gas oven just failed to hold the set temperature, which is a big problem for a weekend baker like me. After 2 repair shops and 3 service appointments under the manufacturer warranty, the repair shop agreed to replace the control board. I just tried baking a chiffon cake yesterday after a new control board was installed, the temperature issue still exists. The set temperature of 320F would drop to 267F for no reason and I had to stay around the oven the entire bake time to adjust the temperature up or down to meet the desired temperature. I had no such problem with my old Fridgidaire oven before so this is not acceptable. Also, the range grates on the duel flame burner tarnished after just 6 months of regular use. I only used hot water and microfiber cloth to clean the surface and grates so I have no idea why the grates would fade in color. I only own this range for 10 months but I already started thinking to replace this range oven so that I can still bake those delicate desserts. Very disappointed.

High quality range

This range has a variety of useful features, including a griddle that works well for grilling, even when the weather keeps you indoors. The unit is well-made and we expect it will provide years of reliable use.

Had it for a month and it cooks great. Have it in a floating island and the back shows 5 screw holes in stainless steel which I wish were not there.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the range but so far i had to repair it twice and first two ranges came broken or scratched. Not a great experience, the warmer drawer light had to replace and the fan wasn't property seated.
