E 15 is all I have to say. This was a great range until the dreaded E 15 error code. Help!

The error code, E15, you are experiencing indicates a communication error somewhere between the EOC, electronic oven control, and the oven relay. This appliance was installed a month ago. The oven works great, however, the cooktop is another matter. Upon installation, I noticed that the top and the plastic below it are seperating. In addition, the large burner wont turn onto Power Boil unless the pan is moved all the way to the right side of the burner. In addition, the lights for the cooktop wont turn off. A service call has been made and im awaiting a replacement top and Mother Board for the computer as apparently, its bad.

Error E31 - Cooktop failure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cooktop board shorted out on a prior model, used less than 4 years. A loud pop under the cooktop with a light flash, and an electronic burnt smell. It'll be best to get some kind of extended warranty for this. Not happy with their design.

Love love love!

I have had this stove about a mint hand have used the cooktop, the oven and the warming/ second oven drawer. It makes me feel good to just look at; then I create meals on time, cooked to perfection, whatever we want! THAT is a whole new thing in this household. (I'm astonished how long I tolerated the old oven!!)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice range, in theory. In practice, the induction electronics are unreliable, ridiculously expensive and a nightmare for the service techs. You should withdraw this model from the market.

I have owned this range for 7 years. It has required 4 major repairs and has taken weeks to get the stove back up and running each time. When it works it is lovely, but it is not worth the aggravation when it goes down- because the entire unit shuts down.

Disappointed!

Bought a house that had 4 Electrolux appliances in the kitchen only 4 years old. Everything worked great for the first few weeks. Then the dreaded E 15 on the range! Which after reading other reviews seems very common. Very frustrating that the whole thing shuts down. The light on the microwave clock and cooking instructions is so dim, its unreadable. now looking at very expensive repairs. Very disappointed with Electrolux- would not purchase or recommend.

Oh no! gott, I know how frustrating it can be to have an appliance not working. The E 15 error code indicates a communication loss between the oven controls and the relay board. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this oven several months ago. I wanted time to use before I review the products. I LOVE IT!!! It is so easy to use and cooks everything perfectly. I love the fast reaction time on the stove top (going from high to low). My only complaint would be the glass top, in that it doesn't go completely under the stainless steel trim, and food and dirt get caught and it makes it a little more of an issue to clean. I don't understand why this is. I thought it would be a completely smooth cooktop to the edges.
I would recommend this to a friend!
