Broken Oven

Broke first time we used it service in Florida not good

leaves a lot to be desired

We were excited to have our new stove for the holidays but it did not perform the way we expected. The dials are hard to read and need to be double checked all the time that they are completely off. The black top is hard to keep clean and already is marred. We had a white surface on our previous stove for that keeping clean was never a big problem. We had that stove for about 13 years. The look of this stove is very attractive but already one of the covers over the blue light, below the dial, has fallen off and needs to be replaced. We don't have much confidence in this stove for years to come, contemplating what our options might be.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Door shattered, twice.. on two ovens... oven NEW

We purchased this oven, and upon installation, the glass door shattered. The oven was removed and a replacement was ordered. Got a call from the delivery company, they said they checked the oven before loading onto the truck, and they told us the glass door was shattered.
I did a bit of research, apparently, the door has a nasty habit of shattering!
