Gas Dryer full of Features

The control settings applies to 99% of usage. The 1% is used for manual overrides if needed. The features are numerous and easy to set.

After years of living in dorms and apartments using coin-operated laundry, I feel so spoiled with this washer. The options are great and with the spin cycle the clothes come out practically dry making an easy day for your dryer.
This washer has the REVERSIBLE DOOR HINGE which was super easy to switch and necessary for our tiny laundry room where the washer has to be on the right side. This was a great feature from Electrolux.
Note: we made the mistake of not removing the shipping bolts (all of our appliances were shipped in the same chaotic day -- so it was an easy oversight) and the washer was like a bucking bronco during the spin cycle. So just make sure all of these are removed. Now it runs great!

Electrolux Dryer Review

I recently bought a matching pair of the Electrolux IQ Touch w/steam washer & dryer. I mainly chose this brand due to it's ability to switch the door openings on both the washer & the dryer. I am generally happy with both products although I wish that I would be able to do more personal choice programming vs. being tied to the choices on the dial and the "specialty cycles". It does cover a wide range of choices, but it would be nice to also be able to program your own cycle & times. You definitely need to clean the lint filter inside the dryer after each load for it to run efficiently. I originally bought the pair without the matching pedestals, but after doing just a few loads I quickly realized that they were way too low to be comfortable to operate. The pedestals are expensive for what they really are, but if you don't have a height restriction and aren't stacking the machines you really do need them and they do hold a lot in each drawer. All in all I am pleased with the dryer.

Love My Dryer

I love this new dryer. It takes so much less time than my old one - I am saving a lot in electricity usage and my clothes come out perfect. The steam feature is specially nice - save so much in dry cleaning bills also.

Amazing machine. I appreciate all the drying options, especially the steam feature, clothes come out fresh and also reduces wrinkles. I’m 5’6”, I have the washer and dryer stacked, the features and displays are easy to see and read. Not too high as other machines require a step stool to reach.

my Electrolux saga

Imagine my dismay when brand new dryer would not heat. I had waited so real weeks through remodeling for it to be installed and now I still couldn't wash clothes. I called the store where I purchased the dryer and the gave me the number for Electrolux service. They found the closest service and arranged for service. The repairman had to order a part but it was all taken care of as timely as p possible given the holidays. My dryer now works great and I am very happy with it.

Makes my life so much easier!

This dryer is wonderful! The size is amazing. The actual footprint seems to be average, which is great for fitting almost anywhere. However, the inside drying tub itself is huge. I actually put in 2 loads of wash and there is still room. Helps save on electricity too. There are many options for drying that include the basics...mixed load, normal, etc. And also specialty cycles such as jeans ans pet beds. The steam option works wonders as well, as it helps take out wrinkles and reduce the need of ironing. All of the options are done with only one click and are not overwhelming. Options are easy to use and find. The dryer is quiet when running and can be paused to add clothing or restart later.

We Love It!

We are a retired couple needing a new washer/dryer. Even though it's just the two of us we decided to go with this model and couldn't be more pleased. The large capacity is great for sheets and towels, and the usual small loads use less water.
